Using our website

You may browse our website and send us requests for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it, try to break into it, or send us anything unlawful or abusive.

Quotes and bookings

A quote request, a quote, or an exchange of messages is not a booking. Your event is booked only when Terri confirms it in writing. Prices, menus, and availability can change until then.

Event tickets

Tickets to our public events are bought on a Stripe payment page, where Stripe handles your payment. Your ticket includes what the event page describes.

Refunds and cancellations: Tickets are nonrefundable within seven days of the event. Cancellations made at least seven days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice. If we cancel an event, ticket holders receive a full refund.

Allergies and dietary needs

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when notified in advance. However, our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent all cross-contact. Accommodations depend on ingredients, menu selections, and preparation capabilities.

Content and photos

The text, photos, logo, and designs on this website belong to A Resplendent Tea Experience LLC or are used with permission. Please ask us before you copy or reuse them. Reviews you submit may be shown on our Reviews page once approved.

No warranties, limited liability

Our website is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, A Resplendent Tea Experience LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for anything arising from its use is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
